How to Coach Ethically in the Age of AI

AdobeStock_391558848_LICENSED_optimized_1.webp

Our clients need more than clever answers from an AI chatbot.

They need conscious, ethical coaching that's conducted in partnership with AI.

AI is reshaping industries everywhere—and coaching is no exception.

But the biggest opportunity isn't in the tech itself. It’s in how you use AI to support meaningful human transformation.

AI has the ability to unlock profoundly innovative possibilities. New tools are emerging every week, promising the next breakthrough in efficiency and creative opportunities.

But there’s a catch.

Being successful with AI requires more than just knowing how to use the technology.

It demands a conscious approach that prioritizes ethics, privacy, and care for the human beings we’re serving.

Without this heart-centered responsibility, an over-emphasis on AI tools could lead us down the wrong path.

How AI is revolutionizing the way we approach our coaching and facilitation work in today's rapidly evolving tech landscape.

How to recognize the strengths and limitations of AI while keeping YOU at the center of your client’s transformation process.

Why ethics, privacy, and bias matter more than ever—and how to navigate these challenges with more clarity and confidence.

Practical strategies for evaluating AI tools, ensuring quality AI output, and navigating legal considerations.

That’s where YOU come in.

We’re inviting you to join us for a 90-minute webinar designed specifically for coaches and facilitators who want to step confidently into this new AI era—without compromising their values.

We’ll cut through the jargon to provide clear, practical guidance—delivered in a way that’s approachable, inspiring, and maybe even fun!

In just 90 minutes, you'll learn:

A side profile of a person wearing glasses, with a thoughtful expression, resting their hand on their chin. Digital connections and small circular images emanate from their head, symbolizing data, innovation, or technological insights. The image evokes a futuristic and AI-driven theme related to enhancing coaching performance.

“AI won't replace humans — but humans with AI will replace humans without AI.”

— Kai-Fu Lee (Harvard Business Review)
